12-Week Action Plan for Staffing Growth
Our roadmap for scaling your staffing business.
Phase 1: Business Setup & Employer Engagement
Week 1-2
Finalize business registration & operational setup. Research and compile a list of 20 potential employer clients (warehousing, logistics, manufacturing). Conduct introductory outreach to at least 10 businesses. Recruit 15-20 workers, conduct pre-screening, resume coaching, and soft skills training.
Week 3-4
Secure first 1-2 signed employer contracts. Begin placing 5-10 workers into jobs with employer partners. Follow up with employers to gather feedback and optimize worker selection. Expand outreach to another 10 employers.
Phase 2: Initial Worker Placements & Expansion
1
Place an additional 5-10 workers with existing employer contracts. Expand worker recruitment efforts, onboarding another 10-15 workers. Approach 5-10 more businesses, aiming for one more employer contract.
2
Ensure at least 3-4 total employer contracts are signed. Place 20-25 workers in active job roles. Begin soft skills and workplace culture training to improve retention. Offer employer feedback sessions to fine-tune the placement process.
Phase 3: Refinement & Stability
Week 9-10
Review worker performance and employer satisfaction. Adjust worker screening and placement strategies based on feedback. Start implementing tiered worker evaluations (Entry-Level, Proven, Long-Term).
Week 11-12
Expand to 5-8 total employer contracts (aiming for one new industry). Reach 40-50 total workers placed in jobs. Strengthen worker retention programs (mentorship, training, career growth). Finalize long-term funding applications (government workforce grants).
